Client Terms and Conditions: 

I, Lorraine Maguire, offer hypnotherapy and hypnotic coaching using the Rapid Transformational Therapy method and was trained by Marisa Peer. 

Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe and relaxing. You will remain conscious and in complete control throughout. In hypnosis you will be regressed back to memories to help discover the root cause of your issue. Then you and I will work together in hypnosis to get an understanding of where the belief/behaviour originated, with the view to change it.

Please note that hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success. No guarantees as to the effectiveness of hypnotherapy for your particular problem are made or implied, as it is impossible to guarantee human behaviour or compliance. Therefore, no refunds for services are given. Hypnotherapy is not a quick fix or magic pill. As a hypnotherapist I am considered a guide or facilitator. You assume equal responsibility by making a commitment and allowing yourself to be guided into the state of hypnosis. No one can make you do something against your true will. I genuinely want you to succeed and will help you to the best of my ability.

You need to want the change and be open and motivated to change, via the use of hypnosis. You must agree to listen to your personalised transformational recording/s every day for at least 21 days and then regularly thereafter (every 2-3 days for at least another 21 days).

You agree to take full responsibility for your healing and recovery by responding to emails and contact made by me as required. Generally I will contact you around day 21 to follow up after your session and then once again approximately 2 weeks later if you have not replied. It is up to you to book your catch up call. 

The information, techniques, methods, suggestions and recommendations I make are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care by a qualified physician/GP, nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognisably qualified.

If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for ANY condition do not make any adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt you should seek your GPs advice.

Caution: Epileptics or anyone diagnosed as having a psychotic illness are generally advised not to enter hypnosis unless prior written approval has been granted by your medical professional.

All client data is kept strictly confidential. All clients will be added to my email mailing list however can unsubscribe at any time. 

Payment: Full payment for your chosen therapy package must be made at least 48 hours in advance to confirm your therapy via Paypal (international clients), cash (only if agreed prior) or direct bank credit to bank account Lorraine Maguire Therapy Limited 06-0878-0815873-00. 

Cancellations & No Shows: Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time set aside especially for you, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. By completing and signing the client intake form you accept that;

• - appointments not cancelled with 48 hours notice will be charged $150

• - appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full

​You may also change your session to meet online if you’re unable to attend in-person. 

9 Week Transformation and Three Session Packages - If you choose to purchase the 9 week transformation or 3 session package you agree to use all sessions within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed between us. No refunds will be given if you do not wish to progress with all sessions. Sessions can be used to address one issue or multiple issues which can be discussed with me. Sessions are not transferable.

Privacy Policy: 

I collect personal information from you, including information about your:

• - name

• - date of birth

• - contact information

• - medical history and medications 

• - relationship status

• - information specifically related to the issues/s you wish to address with therapy 

I collect your personal information in order to:

• - provide the best therapeutic service I can

• - help you achieve the best healing and transformation possible

• - send you emails with relevant resources to aid your transformation and emails via a subscription to my newsletter 

Providing all information is optional. I can still hold a session with you if you do not complete all questions within my client intake form. If you choose not to enter an email address, I'll be unable to send you resources and newsletters.

I keep your information safe by storing it in a password protected computer and storing hard copy files in a locked filing cabinet.

Email Subscribers:

I only collect information from individuals that sign up to obtain information directly from me. This usually comes in the form of adding your name, email address and country on an opt-in page on my website. You are free to opt out at any time.

This information is only used internally to send educational and product/service information to users that sign up voluntarily through my website. This information is never shared with a third party unless required to process billing and payments for products/services purchased.

Cookies Policy:

Cookies are used by all websites. I use them just like most websites do to track a clients time on site, allow access to membership area, and help me improve the quality of my site so it serves my clients even better. Most internet browsers allow cookies to be limited and deleted at users request. Check your browser help menu for options on your particular browser.
